Troubleshooting Downloads

If you get a message  "corrupt file",  it is because you had interruption during download.
Downloads are automatically saved to a Temporary Internet Files Directory. You need to
delete the corrupt file from this directory before you download again.

                To delete temporary internet files

Open the Windows Explorer and click on  (C:)
                Right click on Properties
                Click on Disk Cleanup
                Highlight Internet Temporary Files
                Click on View Files
From the Edit menu select Select All and press the Delete button.

(Internet temporary files will be deleted, which means it will take a little longer to open
                recently visited internet sites).

Download Lekach Tov or Access Runtime again.
